If you visit, I highly suggest hiring a guide to share with you the history of this monument as well as the detailed stories that are displayed in intricate carvings on the temple walls. Also, go for sunrise! It’s truly magnificent. .
The @amanjiwo is 2km away and if you’re open to splurge - staying at this resort is beyond anything I could have imagined. Not something I’ll do again given the extravagance but the architecture and originality of any Aman resort is unforgettable. Especially here in Indonesia.
